Job description:

  1. • Assist daily activities of the procurement department
  2. • Plan for the purchase of equipment, services and supplies.
  3. • Source new vendors & maintain relationships with existing vendors/suppliers
  4. • Negotiate pricing and supply contracts
  5. • Strategic sourcing and evaluating prospective suppliers
  6. • Review all vendors and suppliers
  7. • Maintain accurate records and updating supplier information
  8. • Actively looking for areas of process improvements, cost savings, and automating business processes
  9. • Work with the legal department to ensure contract terms are favorable to the company

Job requirements:

  1. • Bachelor degree in Business administration, accounting, management, supply chain management or industrial engineering.
  2. • Fluent Communication in English is preferred
  3. • Excellent written, strong communication and negotiation skills.
  4. • Attention to detail and data driven
  5. • Have experience in Procurement/Purchasing area for at least 3 years
  6. • Strong understanding of procurement and negotiation techniques with conflict resolution skills
  7. • Ability to manage multiple projects while effectively meeting deadlines
  8. • Able to work well individually and in a team with multiple stakeholders
  9. • Knowledge of Ms. Office (gdocs, gsheet, gslide).
