Haquhara is looking for Product Development Manager. Here are the details :

Responsibilities

1. Product Riset: Analyzing product performance, create strategic concept for product development and innovation (formulation, packaging) through in-depth reasearch, create product guidelines and budget, determine the discontinuation of product
2. Product Prototype: Making product prototype and sample in coordination with external parties, monitor internal test, evaluate the finalization of product prototype, create COGS and selling price, ensure products meet cosmetic regulations, manage product pipeline timeline
3. Product Launching: Monitor production (trial phase), create activation plan for product launcing (product knowledge, media partner/KOL) with cross divisions, conduct product evaluation and modification (if any), ensure product availability for launching and restock demand

Requirements

1. Bachelor/master degree of pharmacy, chemistry, chemical engineering, or any related major
2. Female prefered
3. Min 2-3 years of experience in product development
4. MUA and beauty enthusiast, up to date with the latest trends in beauty
5. Having knowledge about beauty tools and cosmetic/skincare active ingredients
6. Having work experience in beauty industry and manufacture is a plus
7. Have knowledge or familiarity with BPOM regulation
8. Having the ability to innovate and think creatively in product development, strong project management and communication skills
