Full-Time Manajer Ritel Ekspor

The Manager for Retail Export is responsible for coordinating and managing all export-related activities for a retail business. This includes ensuring the timely and compliant export of products to international markets, optimizing logistics, and maintaining strong relationships with overseas clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Export Strategy Development: Develop and implement an export strategy that aligns with the retail business’s goals and targets specific international markets.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Stay up-to-date with export regulations, tariffs, and trade policies in different countries to ensure legal compliance. Obtain and maintain necessary licenses and permits for export.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas customers, distributors, and partners to ensure a smooth export process and promote long-term business growth.
  • Order Processing: Manage export orders, including order entry, tracking, and fulfillment. Ensure orders are accurate, and the required documentation is complete.
  • Logistics and Shipping: Oversee the logistics of shipping products to international destinations. Coordinate with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers to optimize shipping routes and minimize costs.
  • Documentation: Prepare and review export documentation, such as invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and bills of lading. Ensure all required documents are accurate and submitted on time.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that exported products meet international quality and safety standards. Implement quality control processes as necessary.
  • Inventory Management: Manage export inventory levels to meet demand while minimizing carrying costs.
  • Cost Control: Monitor export-related expenses, negotiate with service providers, and identify cost-saving opportunities in the export process.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and demand fluctuations in international markets. Adjust export strategies as needed.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks in the export process, including currency exchange rate fluctuations, geopolitical factors, and supply chain disruptions.
  • Reporting: Generate regular reports on export performance, including sales, revenue, and expenses. Use data analysis to make informed decisions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, international trade, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in export management or a related role in the retail industry.
  • Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and compliance.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in using export management software and Microsoft Office applications.
