  • Has experience as Admin Support in Warehouse/Logistics Department from any Industry or from any related function for around 1-2 years.
  • Fresh Graduate are welcome
  • Ability to communicate in English is a plus
  • Strong in administration, documentation, report preparation, and meeting coordination.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with teams on different projects.
  • Mobile work availability: Able to attend offline meetings with clients.
  • Strong planning, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Willing to work in rotating shifts, including weekends.
  • Possess excellent problem-solving, customer service, and project management skills.
  • Willing to work in shifting

Job Description:

  • Monitoring and responding to client issues on our platform, system error, and other events that may require immediate attention
  • Providing training for new clients about our products
  • Maintaining issues or bugs in the platform from client reports/internal reports
  • Providing technical and administrative support for the day-to-day operations of a business
  • Undertaking additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor or management to support the overall objectives of the team
