Responsibilities

  1. Identify potential key opinion leaders in the industry who align with our brand values and goals.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to initiate and maintain meaningful relationships with identified KOLs.
  3. Collaborate with KOLs to create mutually beneficial partnerships, leveraging their expertise to enhance our brand positioning.
  4. Negotiate and finalize agreements with KOLs for various collaborative initiatives.
  5. Work closely with the marketing and content teams to create engaging and relevant content in collaboration with KOLs.
  6. Coordinate the production of joint content, such as articles, blog posts, videos, and webinars.
  7. Track and analyze the impact of KOL collaborations on brand awareness, engagement, and market share.
  8. Provide regular reports and insights to the management team on the effectiveness of KOL strategies.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree in any major
  2. Have a little of experience in influencer marketing, KOL management, or related roles.
  3. Proven track record of successfully developing and managing partnerships with key opinion leaders.
  4. In-depth understanding of the industry landscape and key players.
  5. Familiarity with the latest trends and developments in influencer marketing and KOL engagement.
  6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  7. Ability to articulate complex ideas and build rapport with key opinion leaders.
  8. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to create mutually beneficial partnerships.
  9. Innovative and creative thinking to develop unique and compelling collaborations with KOLs.
  10. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development.
  11. Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving industry.
  12. Have database KOL/Influencers/Communities is point plus.
