Deskripsi Pekerjaan PT. EAST INDO FAIR TRADING (EAST BALI CASHEWS) Tarakan

JOBDESC:

  1. Strategic Business Partnership: Collaborate with business leaders to understand their objectives, challenges, and talent needs.
  2. Talent Acquisition and Management: Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to facilitate the recruitment process, including job profiling, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
  3. Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, conflict resolution, and employee engagement.
  4. HR Policy and Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  5. HR Analytics and Reporting: Utilize HR data and metrics to analyze trends, identify areas for improvement, and support decision-making.
  6. Employee Engagement and Retention: Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
  7. Change Management: Support organizational change initiatives by assisting in communication efforts, stakeholder engagement, and change readiness assessments.
  8. Sourcing and Recruitment: Utilize a variety of sourcing methods to attract a diverse pool of candidates, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job profiling and candidate screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.

QUALIFICATION:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 4-5+ years of progressive experience in HR roles, with exposure to various HR functions such as talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and HR analytics.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and work collaboratively across different levels of the organization.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive insights and decision-making.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ready to be placed at any YAVA location.
